    "content": "I wonder what the official Government policy is on this issue. I wonder whether the Government bought pesticides and hired aeroplanes to go and spray and kill the locusts. Is it a policy in Kenya now that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) has told us to relax because the locusts will grow old and die? Mr. Speaker, Sir, many Kenyans on social media wondered what would happen if the CS, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, hon. Munya, was in charge of the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government on the question of Al- Shabaab, he would have told us not to worry because the Al-Shabaab militants will get old and die."
