    "content": "Samburu County is one of the counties where locusts are breeding. We have not seen locusts crossing our borders to Uganda, Ethiopia and South Sudan. It means that the locusts are taking time to breed here and destroy crops, pasture, livelihoods and forests, and we will have another disaster. We will lose livestock and tourism. In Samburu we have more than 100,000 hectares that have been destroyed by the locusts."
