    "content": "We were not really prepared in Kisumu County. It is my appeal to the national Government, through the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, to act with speed. This has come to reality. The locusts are destroying all our crops. If the Cabinet Secretary will not take quick measures, then the country must be prepared for starvation. Like Members have said, we do not want to take this matter as a joke."
