    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on a point of order. It seems this issue of Ministers absenting themselves during Question Time has been recurring. I would attribute that partly maybe, because the Ministers do not understand the Standing Orders. Would I be in order to suggest that the Attorney General, who is the chief legal advisor of the Government, should take the Ministers for a weekend off for an induction workshop on the Standing Orders so that we are not caught up in this melee again?"
