    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the Motion- THAT, the amendments by the National Assembly to the Early Childhood Education Bill (Senate Bills No. 26 of 2018) be now considered. This Bill has stayed long in this House because from last term, the National Assembly never managed to pass it. Therefore, Sen. (Dr.) Langat – I thought he was here – should be very proud that we managed, this time round, to get it through the National Assembly, and it has come back here. I will urge him that if the amendments are not so consequential, he better agrees that we pass it rather than to go through another process, where you subject yourself to the National Assembly process.
