    "content": "asked the Minister for Labour: (a) why Mr. Gideon Kula, the Club Manager at Telkom-Kenya owned Ngong Road Sports Club, has been treated as a casual worker for 17 years without being absorbed as a permanent employee; and, (b) what action he is taking against such Government corporations as the KPTC (now Telkom Kenya Ltd.) which flout labour laws and also ensure that Mr. Kula is confirmed and paid proper remuneration for the period he has worked."
