    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity, although my Vice Chairperson has already said a lot. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to appreciate the Committee of Education and Research in the National Assembly, led by Hon. Melly; we have been sharing a lot. I have also read and checked on the amendments; they will help us to fast track the passage of this particular Bill. In fact, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it has become very difficult to oversight early childhood education in this country. This is because of lack of a uniform framework that guides the structures of the building, the age limit for those who are supposed to be in the early childhood education, the curriculum and so on. This Bill will, therefore, provide that particular framework and early childhood education in this country will run very smoothly. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the hon. Members of this House for having assisted very much in the process. I am happy that it will see the light of day very soon. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
