    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the amendments in Clause 3 are meant to tighten the rules that govern SACCOS. The new rules address the challenges that we have had in running societies. There was a time that pyramid schemes were sprouting left, right and centre and citizens ended up losing a lot of money. Business sank because of malpractices in the management of SACCOs. I beg to support this Bill because it will help members of SACCOs societies."
