    "content": "Even we, as Members of Parliament, we are benefiting greatly from our own SACCO. You can see the ease with which you can access resources in order to attend to a problem which is confronting you at that particular moment. SACCOs in this country are run efficiently. The message that is coming through this amendment is that we now want to tighten their management in this legislation, so that we do not leave any loopholes for anybody to defraud Kenyans."
