    "content": "Secondly is the issue of budget-making process. Of course, the decision on that matter will be made by the Supreme Court and the process has started. In the previous session, we fought very hard to increase the money meant for counties. Unfortunately, we did not succeed. Going forward, in terms of protecting counties as provided under Article 96, I hope we will push and ensure that we increase shareable revenue to our counties to ensure they are well resourced."
