We were officially supposed to come back from the recess tomorrow, but because of the Motion that follows - what happened with the passing of former President Moi - we are considering extension of time considering tomorrow is a public holiday and Wednesday is the burial of the former President. After consulting with the Senate Minority Leader, we found it necessary that we come on Thursday, specifically for the purpose of forming the Senate Business Committee (SBC), then we will take a break and come back officially to run other business on Tuesday next week. I beg to move this Motion and ask the Senate Minority Whip to second."
