    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also rise to seek two Ministerial Statements. The first one is to the Minister for Public Health and Sanitation. I would like the Minister to state how many personnel - by name and cadre - were employed under the UNICEF Programme in the larger Turkana District. How come they have not been paid since June last year and what is going to be the effect? I would also like the Minister to consider how many of those personnel in other constituencies that have been paid? We need a comparison! Finally, how many other medical personnel in other similar programmes like Melinda and Bill Gates Foundation, the Clinton Foundation and the one supported by UNICEF have been absorbed by the Government? That was part of the memorandum of understanding between the Government and those other providers."
