    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the second question is on the state of insecurity in the larger Turkana District. Only yesterday, a chief and his wife were abducted by people in Lomelo Division and the fate of the chief is not known. Last week, one Kenya Police Reservist (KPR) was killed in Kotaruk. Two weeks earlier, two KPRs were injured by attackers. I would like the Minister to state who are those attackers? How many people were killed and injured? What was the response by the State in terms of deployment of the police and how many animals were lost or recovered? I would like the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security also to confirm to this House why the military that was deployed to those areas for purposes of security and disarmament are stationed in urban centres instead of deploying them to areas that those attacks have been taking place. When will he deploy them to the areas that we have already suggested as the local leadership? Finally, in his own assessment and judgment, whether he thinks that the disarmament as being conducted, has any merit and value in order to protect our people. Thank you!"
