On my behalf and that of my constituency of Suna East and Migori County, I convey my message of condolence to the family of President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi. Daniel Arap Moi was a visionary leader who steered this country in a peaceful manner for 24 years. He was a very tolerant leader. At the time when he was leading the country, it was engulfed in politics of opposition and Government. He tolerated all groups of people. With those few remarks, I send my condolences to his family and say pole to them."
