I was astounded to hear that there was a proposal to put up a mosquito net factory in this country, but because of the tax implications, the mosquito net factory went to Tanzania. What can we do to make sure that we have a mosquito net factory in Kenya? Could the Ministry get together with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance and others? I am aware that there are a number of people especially from the Far East and the Middle East who are willing to put up a mosquito net factory in this country. We want the Ministry to be more proactive rather than reactive. Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir."
