    "content": "A lot has been said about him. He recognised minorities. Minorities served in all departments of his Government. As he allowed multipartyism, he warned us against forming tribal or regional parties or playing regional politics. As others have said, he loved peace not just locally but also regionally. He mediated on peace efforts in Sudan, Somalia, Uganda and Ethiopia. He loved the unity of this country. Above all, he loved the education of the girl-child. In the 47 counties, there are Moi Schools."
