    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to take this opportunity to join the rest of Kenyans in mourning the passing on of His Excellency, Rtd. President Daniel Toroitich arap Moi, the Second President of the Republic of Kenya. I wish to honour his legacy as a teacher and support of his education sector by expansion of learning institutions and construction of multiple classes in the spirit of Harambee. He is accredited for his support for early childhood education through social development projects in schools most commonly known as ‘Maziwa ya Moi’ which significantly improved nutrition and school enrolment of the learners, especially in marginalised areas. May his soul Rest in Peace."
