On behalf of my County, Nairobi, and on behalf of my own family, I wish to convey my condolences to the family of our second President, Daniel Toroitich arap Moi. Today I have seen long queues of people with no water and probably no lunch. I am so grateful that in their wisdom they decided to extend the time. Moi was a man who forgave. I ask Kenyans out there who are not very happy with the leaders to learn to forgive so that we can forge ahead with development for our nation. Thank you."
