    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I stand to condole with the family of the late President Daniel arap Moi. On my own behalf, my family and the people of Butula, I send my condolences to the family of the late President. The late President was a fatherly leader who was very firm and prepared to give advice to anybody irrespective of one’s status. We have lost a great leader, but we must remember what he taught us.
