    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for the opportunity. On my own behalf and that of my family, I wish to pass my sincere condolences to the family of the late Mzee Moi. Moi, alongside his colleagues in Kenya African Democratic Union (KADU), namely, Masinde Muliro and Ronald Ngala, were the initial vision-carriers of devolution in this country. We know the spirit of devolution is largely undone. So, Moi’s death gives us an opportunity to reflect on the vision he had for devolution in this country. Rest in peace President Moi."
