    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I was saying that as food for thought because it is something we need as a country to think about and consider how we will oversight that money. We must also be cognisant of the fact that this was done mid-year in the Financial Year 2019/2020. After the recess, in Supplementary Two, we expect the National Treasury, in consultation with the Executive of the Nairobi County, to bring an amendment to the Appropriations Bill that we did. This is because we had already appropriated money to Nairobi County which was appropriated by the county assembly into the functions of the county government. But those functions have now been transferred back to the national Government.
