    "content": " Hon. Speaker, as I support this Motion, I want to be very brief and just mention two things because I am sure that Members spoken to the BPS when it was brought here. So, the Division of Revenue Bill is not a significant departure from what we discussed. The amount of money that is being taken to the counties is the same we passed through the BPS. It is the same amount as it was in the previous financial year, and conditional grants with some little deduction. Hon. Speaker, the issue of Nairobi County must come out clearly.
