"content": " Hon. Speaker, I am rising on a point of order in relation to what the Leader of the Majority Party is speaking about. We may be taking it lightly, but for me, more fundamentally, in line with the communication you gave the other day in terms of security in the Chamber and within the precincts of Parliament, the question that begs is: How did Hon. (Ms) Rachael Nyamai manage to get into the Chamber with a canister that is explosive? It is a matter that the Clerk’s Office and the Serjeant-at-Arms need to check into. It might be a deodorant, a perfume or even a sanitiser, but the fact that it is in a compressed container that can explode, it begs the question of the safety of Members of Parliament (MPs) inside the Chamber and it is something that I feel we should address."
