I rise to associate myself with the sentiments of the other Members in support of the Statement that has been issued by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Health. I thank the President and his team for moving swiftly to address the issue as a concern for the health of Kenyans. This should go to parents. They should advise students and pupils that this is a forced leave or vacation. The students and pupils should not be seen loitering all over the place or going out to public places. If we do not do that, you will find them in supermarkets and other joints, which could be risky areas where they could contract the virus compared to when they are in school. I rest my comments."
