    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will be very brief. I want to appeal to Kenyans. I think we have appealed enough to the Government. You know from where you come from, social events like weddings, burials and other things that bring the community together are very important. This is the time to appeal to all Kenyans that what is happening is very serious and they need to reduce attendance to social events. For burials, we should only allow a few family members. Few family members should also attend weddings and where possible, avoid such gatherings. The second point is on the issue of businessmen in this country. This is not the time to take advantage of the situation. I appeal to our businessmen that we provide the required items at the most convenient prices. Let us not exploit Kenyans because they have no choice. I submit, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
