There is a good reason as to why our Constitution categorised some members of the society as people deserving specific rights, namely, older persons, children, women and PWDs. It is a fact that as you grow beyond your active ages, there is decline in intellect, physical capacity and immunity. As the last born, my mum is over 75 and my dad is approaching 80.
