We have seen county governments trying to come up with isolation centers. I want to confirm that Kakamega County General Teaching and Referral Hospital has an isolation center. However, the big question is: As we are focusing on county referral hospitals or Level 4 Hospitals, what about Level 3 and Level 2 Hospitals?"
