    "content": "our own representative in that Committee, we would know what is happening. Kenyans will lose jobs and get depressed. What will we do to them? Those are the questions we need to ask ourselves. Most of the counties have prepared isolation centres. Unfortunately, one of the county that has not prepared an isolation centre is Isiolo County yet the Chairman of Council of Governors (COGs) is in the national steering Committee for Coronavirus. That clearly shows how we are unprepared. That is why the Senate should know how much money will be diverted to emergency. I am sure Kenyans will be taken for a ride. Those are the issues we need to deal with. I appeal to my colleagues that we can go on recess but that does not mean that we should close down operations. We need to be on the ground to know what is happening to our constituents. As my colleagues have said, the dispensaries at the county level have not prepared.
