    "content": "If you look at the dining hall during lunch time, it is so crowded that if there is anybody who is infected, then everybody is in danger. Therefore, going on recess is one way of protecting ourselves, and not running away from our responsibilities. My worry is that we are talking about 14 or 30 days. I do not know what will happen in those 14 and 30 days. This is a pandemic that has just started. We are asking people to self-quarantine for 14 days, but we do not know what will happen thereafter."
