    "content": "On the issue of communication and dissemination of information, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) do not have information on the ways of protecting themselves against COVID-19. The Government should put in place mechanisms to ensure that no one is left behind with regard to relaying information to the common man. The Government Spokesman said that they are going to start a sensitization programme at Mbagathi on Wednesday but all the people that were present were able bodied. Where were the PWDs? The Government needs to do something."
