Orengo, on the very unfortunate incident that befell one of his constituents. While I have heard many of my colleagues speak on the need for the Ministry of Health to give us answers on why these things are happening, it is time we also, as Members or Parliament (MPs), got introspective about our conduct during this COVID-19 pandemic.
