    "content": "Further, we have disbursed a total of Kshs61,400,837 since 2007 to ECD centres under the Community Support Grants Programme (CSGP). We have disbursed grants worth Kshs506,387,000 between 2003 and 2010 for public secondary schools. We have implemented child friendly schools CFC programmes in collaboration with the United Nations International Children Fund (UNICEF).
