Members, of course, you will appreciate that it is important for the Serjeant-at-Arms to confirm that any Member desiring to make his or her way into the Chamber has an allocated seat. Hon. Members, both in the Chamber and those in the various holding rooms, I wish to welcome you back to the House today, albeit under these very unusual circumstances. I wish to remind the House that I did issue an advance Communication dated 6th April 2020, and which was thereafter circulated to Members containing the business that was to be transacted during the initial scheduled Special Sitting on Wednesday, 8th April 2020.
