Minister to say the best performing students from that region are normally admitted to schools outside the province, when we know there is a national programme called national schools whereby the best performing students are admitted from every part of the Republic of Kenya? Is he in order to say that the best students from North Eastern Province, the admission they get to national schools is a privilege? This is a national programme. What has he done for North Eastern Province? That is a national programme."
