    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while appreciating the Ministry’s work towards reviving irrigation schemes especially in Bura and Galole, there has been a disconnect between the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and the Ministry of Agriculture, that has resulted in our maize going bad in silos because of lack of co-ordination. What measures has the Ministry of Water and Irrigation taken this time round to make sure that they work in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture and others to make sure that the produce from the farms in irrigation schemes get to the markets?"
