In terms of putting on the mask, both the Leader of the Majority Party and the Majority Whip are pushing their masks backwards. The mask is supposed to cover both the nostrils and the mouth. It is not just for covering the mouth alone. So, I think the proper putting on of the mask is very important for us to control the spread of the virus.
