    "content": " On a point of order, Hon. Speaker. This is in relation to what Hon. Duale, the Leader of the Majority Party, has said. As you can see, there are many positions that are unoccupied. It is a serious concern because it is important for Members seated out there to be given an opportunity to sit in the positions that are not taken. I am sorry I raised my hand because my card seems not to be working. It is extremely important to have Members in this House so that they can speak instead of having vacant seats. Some MPs had confirmed that they would be in the House but are not here. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
