"content": " Hon. Speaker, I have an issue which I want to raise with you. The guidelines you issued were very clear and among the best I have ever read. Hon. Speaker, one of your guidelines was that anybody who is above the age of 58 years should not appear in the Chamber. I can see Hon. Kimunya and Hon. Pukose here. These are octogenarians who should be at home. We do not want to lose any Member of Parliament. Another one is the Member from Meru, Hon. Kubai. Hon. Kubai retired from the Civil Service before we were born and he is here. We love each other. I am doing this out of good faith and a good heart. I want us to be here after the Coronavirus pandemic. So, when you are told that if you are above the age of 58 or 60 years you should stay with your grandchildren, you should not feel offended. I have evidence because the dates of birth are written in the website of Parliament. So, that guideline is not being followed. Would you allow these people to go back to their homes and stay with their grandchildren at this point in time?"
