    "content": " Even those of us who live with people who wear such a dress can tell who they are. Hon. Speaker, I want you to rule on this matter. This is a serious matter. The President of the Republic of Kenya and the National Security Council decided to lock down four counties; namely, Nairobi, Mombasa, Kwale and Kilifi, notwithstanding the calibre and status of the persons involved. We cannot prevent the people of Mombasa from coming to Nairobi or vice versa and allow Members of Parliament to come from either Kilifi, Mombasa or Kwale. I have nothing against it, unless they can confirm to Hon. Speaker that during the lockdown, they have been in Nairobi. If the Hon.
