    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. As I second this Motion, I just want to say the following: First, our in-tray is full. I want to put it clear that we have to deal with the case of the nominees to the TSC. We can only deal with that if we have another sitting this afternoon. Hon. Speaker, you said in your earlier Communication that it has been advised by the Directorate of Public Health that if we sit, we need to take four days before we have another sitting. Therefore, we are not able to sit tomorrow to deal with some urgent issues. In that case, therefore, we request that this House allows another sitting this evening so that we can deal with these matters. I hope the House will allow the Second Reading of the Tax Laws (Amendment) Bill in this Sitting. If we fail to do so, we can debate it in the Second Sitting. I appeal to Hon. Members to allow that we have another sitting this afternoon. I second."
