    "content": "Hon. Speaker, as I conclude, allow me to point out certain issues regarding this law which, first and foremost, is to the benefit of the citizens. Tax is a burden to everyone. Any proposal to reduce the same is always a positive one. This is one reason we said that it was not necessary to hold public participation. Two, it is important we commend the Government. A lot has been put into place to ensure that we fight this pandemic, including provision of masks, sanitisers and gloves, and ensuring that our medical teams out there are well catered for."
