    "content": "It is also important to thank the Members of Parliament for finding time to sit at this extraordinary time to approve this law which is to the benefit of our people. Kenyans look upon us to see how we, as a House, will participate in fighting or combating this pandemic. Therefore, thank you very much Members of Parliament for availing yourselves to come and make this approval. I also thank the Committee because it has done a diligent job very fast. Committee members sat even when we were told that the House was under attack by the Coronavirus. That did not matter to them. They came, sat, deliberated and approved these regulations."
