    "content": "At this point or juncture, I want to state that it is unfortunate that a narrative is being shaped out there that we, as parliamentarians, are doing nothing to fight the Coronavirus. Perhaps, the media can assist us in civic education and explain to Kenyans that the committees are the engines of Parliament. Everything is done there, whether they are petitions, regulations or legislative proposals. That work is done in the Committees and then it is brought to the plenary. So, it is unfair to state that we are doing absolutely nothing."
