    "content": " Thank you Hon. Speaker. I rise on a point of order, and I have tried to do so on other occasions. This is a matter of procedure. I was allocated seat No.18, but the machines here are not working. I suspect that this could be the case with several other Members.We will be sitting like this and once one is seated, one cannot move places or even approach the Speaker to notify him that one’s machine is not working. Essentially if you are put at a place where you cannot be recognized, then you cannot participate in the House’s discussions."
