    "content": "I ask that the Sergeant-at-Arms and the management ensures that the machines are working. Once we sit, we cannot move and thus cannot be heard because the gadgets are not working. I have been unable to raise several points of order until now that I have shouted, which I am sure I am not supposed to do. As we move forward to next week, they should always make sure that once they have determined where Members will sit, they should make sure that the machines assigned are in working condition. If not, a Member will sit and do nothing the entire time of the Sitting."
