    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I join my colleagues to thank the Committee for the good work it has done. We cannot tire of saying that most of the work in this House is done through committees. When people do not see us seated, as we are today, they should know that a lot of work is going on behind the scenes. That must be noted by Kenyans. The House is being bashed, and I agree with Hon. Mbadi, because of the failure to understand how Parliament operates."
