    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to support the Committee in terms of the passage of the regulations. We do not have a choice on that as we gave the CS for National Treasury the choice of altering the VAT rates through regulation, and that is what he has done. We are okay with that. I wish he went through the other tax laws amendments so that we look at the totality of the various taxes being reduced, increased and harmonised.
