    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Mine was to request the Mover to reply. As I do that, I think this House is able to make decisions. If we feel that the decision that was made by the President was in good faith, but will not have any positive effect on the majority of Kenyans, why do all of us, in this House, not oppose and request that we look at the whole taxation? I am looking at the health workers of this country. We should be looking at how we can relieve them from other taxes so that we can motivate them. We can have the whole issue looked at fully so that we do something that can help Kenyans. Let us all oppose it, if we feel it is not important for this nation now. I request that the Mover replies."
