    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support this Motion. It is one of the most important things we should do at this time when things are not normal. This Fund is coming a little bit late. This is because there is a lot of pressure in villages in the rural areas where the majority of people are not able to feed themselves. Most of them have lost their jobs. The pressure is already being felt. I know of communities that have started creating their own small funds to support the people around them. So, I stand to support the creation of this Fund and to request that it be fast-tracked because the problem is already with us. It should not be attached to a lot of bureaucratic issues. Its legislation should also not take a lot of time. While we are looking at the procedures and practices, let us fast-track the enactment of the Fund because it is what is going to save us during this time. Even those of us who are able to feed ourselves, if this Fund is not set up and money released to our neighborhoods which remain unfed, then we could be their next target. For the daily food they require, let us fast-track and pass this Fund. Let us fast-rack it and legislate it today. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
