    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Why should the Attorney-General wait for the claims to be made when he recognizes that the victims deserve compensation? Do the facts not speak for themselves, Mr. Attorney- General? Surely, why must you wait for the deceased family to raise a claim when you acknowledge that they deserve compensation? Why can you not offer ex-gratia payment of some kind?"
